by Arslan Mian

Divisonal rivals going head to head in the third game of the night. The atmosphere was hot, other teams were watching, this game had all the makings of a playoff-like fixture. Ridha wasted no time putting the league on notice that they are a different team in comparison to prior weeks, by scoring on their first shot of the game just 14 seconds in. Ridha opened the door for Shukr, when Yusuf Ingar took a match penalty for accidentally high sticking Shukr star Farooq Khan knocking him out of the first half of the game for repairs to a cut above his eye. Shukr was unable to convert on the 5 minute major, but moments after Humza Chaudhry found himself in the slot, and was able to snipe one on Muhammad Patel. After the game was tied both teams decided to take turns taking penalties, as alot of 4 on 4 play commenced. We fast forward to the last minute of the game, where Shukr took a questionable high sticking penalty, which allowed Ridha with the opportunity to steal one late. Zaid Majoo made an unbelievable stick save on Yahya Ingar, which saved the game for his team. On the ensuing play, a beautiful pass from a teammate saw Humza Chaudhry being 1 on 1 with the goalie and there was no doubt in anyone's mind what the result was going to be, but before we could find an answer Ridha's Yahya Ingar tackled him to the ground taking a penalty but ultimately saved the game for Ridha.

Final score 1-1.
